So… tonight we talked about my favorite topic, Energy Healing. Special Guests included Pamala Jefferys, RN and Leonora “Lee” Hughes, M.Ed. Both ladies are Reiki Master Teachers as am I. Was amazing to be in the company of such knowledgeable Energy Healers and just down right wonderful ladies! Pamala is also a Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner and shared her knowledge with us about this Energy Healing system that predates Usui Reiki. Even gave some tips for alleviating worry by simply holding your fingers. Simple, anyone can do it, interesting stuff!
Lee led us through an amazingly helpful meditation and talked about the Libra Moon energy. She also shared a bit of her story and how she learned to heal some pretty serious chronic issues using food and Reiki. Great stuff!
