This Full Moon event was a wonderful experience! Dr. Tina Danielson, MD was on talking about Energy Medicine and how Western Medicine views it. Good information and maybe not what you would expect. Both these modalities work very well together and Modern Medicine is starting to acknowledge there is something there. Check out what she has to say and see what you think. Tina also gave us some great places to go get solid information about all this so go and look some of this stuff up yourself.
Leonora Hughes, RMT, CNA led us through our monthly meditation and it was profound. Tied in with the energy of the Full Moon, Flower Moon, Blood Moon and the Lunar Eclipse. Incredible energy this time. The meditation took me back to my childhood and family around the dinner table at the old homestead in Jacksonville. Gave me a newer perspective on family ties and how grateful I am to have my big brother with me still. Give a listen and hope you find some wonderful things that will help you too!
